Guests pick up and drop of apartment keys at TIC (Tourist Information Center) in Moravske Toplice.
The TIC is open from Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 (July-August to 20:00)
On Saturdays: from 07:00 to 15:00 and on Sundays from 08:00 to 14:00.
If you are unable to pick up the keys within working hours, please contact TIC Moravske Toplice 1 day prior to arrival to arrange another way of key withdrawal.
