Its colonial architecture, dating back to the nineteen century, has been restored and renovated to house 30 cozy rooms in the three floors. There are rooms with queen size beds, rooms with two full size beds and rooms with one full size bed as well as two rooms for the handicapped. All rooms are equipped with color TV sets, telephones, air condition, smoke detectors, sprinkler system and mini-refrigerators. An elevator serves all guest room floors.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years is charged USD 15 per night and person in a baby cot.
One children from 5 to 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 20 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.
