Room information
Our rooms are cosily furnished in a traditional Tyrolean style, featuring a south-facing balcony and a comfortable living area with sofa - which, on request, we are happy to turn into a sofa bed for your children.
Food & beverage
You will already be spoilt for choice in the morning. The comprehensive breakfast buffet with its organic corner offers everything you could wish for. Because we have our own farm, almost all of the products are from our own production. Home produce is our strong point!
Our various pleasant parlours offer exactly the right setting for letting yourself be pampered. Our team in the kitchen, with our chef Walter, will prepare regional and international delicacies for you. For dessert, you will be enchanted by the creations of our pastry chef, Martina.

Important information
Short stays (up to 3 nights) are subject to a surcharge of EUR 10 per person and day, which will be charged directly at the hotel.

- Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 62 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
All children from 8 to 16 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5 per hour.
Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
