A security deposit of 150$ will be charged extra against breakage and damage of room goods along with the entire room reservation cost on the day of check in. The security deposit is refundable upon departure providing there are no breakages or extra cleaning needed. Any intensive cleaning needed over and above a standard clean or items needing to be replaced due to missing or damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit. Intensive cleaning will be charged at 15US$per hour.
