When you enter the apartments you must pay a deposit of EUR 150 to cover any possible damages during your stay. The deposit is returnable upon your departure, once the condition of the apartments has been checked and everything is in order.
The keys of the apartment must be collected at the office located at the Folies Vacances avenue Atmella Mar 20, Local 7.
If you arrive outside our office hours, the keys will be handed out at the reception of a hotel near Folies Vacances.
To collect the keys the full amount of rent and the security deposit have to be paid in advance.
The hotel does not accept American Express as method of payment.

Παιδιά και πολιτική επιπλέον κρεβατιού: Όλα τα παιδιά είναι ευπρόσδεκτα.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνονται EUR 3,50 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 4 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 2 .
Πολιτική Προκαταβολής: Ένα σταθερό ποσό EUR 100 θα χρεωθεί ανά δωμάτιο την ημέρα άφιξης κι επιστρέφεται.
Φ.Π.Α και δημοτικοί/τουριστικοί φόροι: 8 % Φ.Π.Α. συμπεριλαμβάνεται.
Η χρέωση υπηρεσιών είναι μη εφαρμόσιμη.
Ο δημοτικός/τουριστικός φόρος δεν ισχύει.
Internet: Δεν παρέχεται πρόσβαση στο Internet .
Προτίμηση γεύματος: Το ξενοδοχείο αυτό δε σερβίρει γεύματα.
Χώρος στάθμευσης: Δημόσιος χώρος στάθμευσης δωρεάν, στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου, δεν απαιτείται κράτηση.
